Shipping policy

CANADIAN ORDERS
For orders below $200 CAD shipped to Quebec or Ontario a $9.95 CAD shipping cost will be added at checkout; a $14.95 CAD shipping cost will be added at checkout for large items (including mirrors and large lighting fixtures).

For orders below $200 CAD shipped to the rest of Canada a $17.95 CAD shipping cost will be added at checkout; a $24.95 CAD shipping cost will be added at checkout for large items (including mirrors and large lighting fixtures).

For orders over $200, shipping is free.
Applicable provincial and federal taxes will be calculated during checkout based on your shipping address.

U.S ORDERS
For U.S. orders a $25.00 CAD shipping cost will be added at checkout; a $50.00 CAD shipping cost will be added at checkout for large items (including mirrors and large lighting fixtures).

Applicable sales tax will be calculated during checkout based on your shipping address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We currently only ship to Canada and the United States. Please email info@extraspaceshop.com and we would be happy to provide you with a custom quote.

We are not responsible and will not reimburse any duties or taxes resulting from your refusal of delivery or failure to pay additional duties upon arrival.

ORDER STATUS
You will receive a shipping confirmation email, containing a tracking number, once your order has shipped.

CANCELLATION
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been placed.

LEAD TIMES
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the specific product. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once shipped you can expect your order to arrive within 3-9 business days.
